Cremonese 0-1 Sampdoria: Colley goal gives Samp narrow away win
Sampdoria eased past Cremonese in a 1-0 victory on Monday at Stadio Giovanni Zini. USC arrived with the intention of improving their league position after a 2-2 draw against Spezia Calcio.
