AC Monza 0-2 Atalanta: Struggles for Monza continue with home loss to Atalanta
Atalanta’s 2-0 win over AC Monza on Monday, was hard fought at Stadio Brianteo. ASS were looking forward to playing again after losing 3-0 to Roma in their previous fixture while Atalanta were hoping to continue their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Torino and Hellas Verona. Following a goalless first half, Atalanta continued to apply pressure in the second period and were rewarded, when Rasmus Hojlund found the net in the 57th minute. They then scored again, pulling level thanks to a goal from Marlon, 65 minutes in to give a final score of 2-0.
