Dortmund 1-0 Hoffenheim: Die Borussen net 3 in comfortable home win
Borussia Dortmund beat Hoffenheim with a 1-0 victory on Friday at the Signal Iduna Park. Both Dortmund and Hoffenheim arrived on the back of wins. Dortmund were looking to pick up points, following a 1-0 victory against Hertha while Hoffenheim were coming from consecutive wins against Augsburg and Bayer Leverkusen. Dortmund are now in 1st place on the table and have 12 points while Hoffenheim sit in 5th with 9 points after 5 matches.
Dortmund started the first half well, when Marco Reus gave them the lead on the 16 minute mark. They then managed to see out the first half 1-0. The second half ended with little further action at either end and goalless.
