Minnesota United beated Houston Dynamo 2-1 on Saturday at Allianz Field. As the table looks today, Minnesota are in 3rd place, with 44 points from 38 matches, while Houston sit in 13th, with 26 points from 38.

Orange Crush started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, with a goal from Baird just before halftime, finishing the first half 1-0.

The Loons continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to a goal from Picault in the 79th minute. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Amarilla at the 84 minute mark with a final score of 2-1.

Substitutions for Minnesota included Kallman, Trapp, García and Danladi for Dibassy, Hlongwane, Arriaga and Fragapane, repectively. Houston brought on Cerén, Quiñones and Quintero for Memo Rodríguez, Baird and Carrasquilla.
