Rovers 1-2 Ipswich Town: Tractor Boys hold on at The New Lawn
Ipswich Town eased past Forest Green Rovers in a 2-1 victory on Saturday at The New Lawn. Rovers had been hopeful of continuing their run, following a 2-1 victory against Bristol Rovers. Ipswich Town had to settle for a draw 1-1 against Bolton Wanderers. The first half of the match started well for Ipswich Town, when Marcus Harness gave Ipswich Town the lead at the 37 minute mark. Ipswich Town then netted once more and increased their lead thanks to a goal from Sam Morsy just before halftime to see out the first half 2-0.
The Green took the lead in the second half, thanks to a goal from Josh March at the 64 minute mark, leaving the final score at 2-1.
