Barnsley 3-0 Bristol Rovers: The Tykes romp past Rovers at Oakwell

Bristol Rovers on away loss to Barnsley at Oakwell Ground on Tuesday. Barnsley arrived at the match looking pick up points after losing their last match 2-1 to Derby County while Bristol Rovers were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Oxford United and Burton Albion. As the table looks today, both teams are on 6 points and sit in 9th and 10th places respectively after 4 matches.

Barnsley started the match well, with an early goal from Devante Cole in the 3rd minute. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Jordan Williams at the 13 minute mark, finishing the first half 2-0.
