Trabzonspor 1-0 Ferencváros: Visitors leave Medical Park Arena empty handed

Ferencváros suffered an away defeat against Trabzonspor at Medical Park Arena on Thursday. Trabzonspor were looking to get back to winning ways after losing 2-1 to Red Star Belgrade in their previous fixture. Ferencváros were struggling for form following a draw in their last match. Following the final whistle at the end of the last match of the Europa League Group Stage season for both sides, Trabzonspor are now in 3rd place on the table and have 9 points while Ferencváros sit in 2nd with 10 points after 6 matches.

Trabzonspor started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, when Tasos Bakasetas gave them the lead after only 7 minutes, concluding the first half 1-0. Both teams unable to deliver anything further, the score remained at 1-0 at full time.
